Meteorite

The Meteorite is located north of the Arctic Circle in the northern part of Sweden and the first meteorite was found in 1906. It has been confirmed by geologists that meteorite had travelled through space for over four billion years before it was trapped by the Earth’s gravitational field and pulled to Earth as a brilliant fireball.

The natural beautiful crystalline structure, is formally known as “Widmanstatten Patterns” which is the biggest feature and unique to this meteorite type. These patterns can only from over millions of years of cooling and it has been estimated that it took about 1,000,000 years for these molten pieces of planetary core to cool by just 1 degree Celsius.
